This City works in mysterious ways, it looks like. I was returned to my home world for about an hour there, and then returned. There is no explainable reason for that to happen, either.

I suppose, in a sense, it's good to be back. Sometimes, and only sometimes, this City is easier to deal with than court responsibilities.

Interesting amusement park. A gargantuan amount of iron. I believe I'll stray from this event.

It is almost a shame that those creatures vanished, but I agree that it was necessary. Having them devour everything in sight would be a bit of a dilemma. That trip to the beach was pleasant, though. The green ones weren't quite as terrible as the white ones.

...and I'm thankful of somehow evading the most recent curse. That type of music was never something I was fond of.

This City exceeds the adjective of "interesting." It's most certainly different, as if it were a combination of Faerieland and the Ironside, but not quite. I can only hope that the time ratios are different. Logically, they probably are, but I cannot help but worry about the Courts.

But for once, it is pleasant to be void of all the responsibilities that come with being sovereign of both large courts. I would call this a "vacation," but the curses are more than bothersome. Many of them are shameful and degrading from what I have observed, and everything seems to come at a price.

Kaye has made it more than tolerable, however, and so does the presence of Cornelius, strangely enough. It must be the feeling of comfort, having two faces you know be with you in such a foreign world.

But I am sure she misses her home and friends. All I can do is hope that I give her that feeling of "home," even briefly.
